The residence consists of small terraced-houses built in the tipical aeolian style. They are located in a pacefull area: 100 m from the town centre and 300 m from the beach Portinente.The apartments are full furnished and of an extremely good taste with a small garden and a covered patio and can accomodate up to 6 people.

The Residence is situated in a quiet position in the middle of the green, a few minutes walk away from the center of Lipari. It features a group of small villas built in the islands typical style. It has a cosy breakfast room and a Bar. The well furnished apartments, have a small garden and covered patio and can accommodate up to five persons. The 18 apartments are nicely furnished and are composed of terrace - some with an own garden -, patio, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with fridge, satellite-tv, air conditioning, heating, telephone and safe. The services - Dinners are served at our Restaurants "Filippino" or "E Pulera"à la carte - daily room cleaning - laundry cleaning - transfer to and from the port - babysitting on request - Portinente beach at 500 m - all credit cards except for American Express OPEN ALL YEAR
Half-board dinners are served 'à la carte' at the Filippino and/or E Pulera restaurants.
Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
No deposit will be charged.
VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Free Private parking is possible on site.
If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 6.
